Students will travel by bus from the church to the hotel. To keep things organized, buses are grouped by church. For safety, an adult leader will be on every bus.

• Departure: Following the conclusion of Friday’s opening session, students will be called by church to board their assigned buses.
• Missed Buses: If a student misses their assigned bus, they will wait safely with our team at the church until the next round of transportation arrives.

At check-in, students will receive a luggage tag with their name and a parent/guardian's phone number. Students must attach this label to their luggage before it is collected.

Luggage will be sorted by church and held in a secure room guarded by security. Please keep all immediate essentials (medications, phones, inhalers) with you, as luggage will be inaccessible during this time.

At the end of Session 1, the luggage will be loaded onto a transport vehicle and taken to the hotel. Your church youth leader will collect the luggage from the vehicle and have it waiting for students in the hotel lobby.

Rooming arrangements will be sorted by church. Rooms will always have at least 1 leader in the room.

Males and Females are seperated by floor and students are not allowed to go on the floor of the opposite gender.

If you have specific requests for rooming arrangements, please specify in your registration, and we will try our best to accommodate.

For everyone’s safety, security will be on-site at the hotel. Security will monitor the hallways to ensure students do not leave the hotel without parent/guardian permission, and to strictly enforce that students do not visit floors designated for the opposite gender.

Before lights out, students are free to roam their assigned floor and the hotel lobby, where security will remain present at all times.
