Drew & Lauren Freyder met in 2004 at the church he was saved in just 2 years earlier. He was serving his second year as the media director for the church when Lauren came in as an intern with The God Chasers Ministry. He was serving the church - she was serving the church - a fitting beginning that encapsulates their passion for the church. Before he could tell her that he was called to be a lead pastor, she beat him to the punch letting him know that if he wasn’t called to ministry, there was no point in moving forward. They now have three beautiful daughters: Bella, Amia, & Giana.

Drew has been working for the church full-time since 2003 in numerous roles including Executive Pastor, Worship Pastor, Youth Pastor, Missions Pastor and Media Director as well as served on numerous church boards. Lauren has led children’s ministry, prayer ministry, and faithfully led the youth side-by-side with her husband for 10 years. Together, they built a youth ministry to over a hundred in weekly gatherings, led hundreds of volunteers, and led leadership teams.

Drew holds a B.A. in Business Management from Louisiana State University and a M.A. in Ministerial Leadership from Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL. Lauren holds an Associates in Early Childhood Education.
